(KJV) Romans 6:12 Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body, that ye should obey it in the lusts thereof. (KJV) Romans 6:13 Neither yield ye your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God. (KJV) Romans 6:14 For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace. (KJV) CHRIST broke the power of sin in your life. You do not want to serve sin any more but you now became the servant of righteousness. The righteousness of CHRIST and the holy spirit is now in your heart by faith. You must now yield to the spirit of God in you and not to the desires of the flesh. |
