Do Not Serve Sin
Study Romans chapter 6
1 Cor 2:16 For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ.
1Pet 1:13 Wherefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ; (KJV)
Romans 6:18 Being then made free from sin, ye became the servants of righteousness. (KJV)
Col 1:21 And you, that were sometime alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now hath he reconciled (KJV)
Romans 6:11 Likewise reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord. (KJV)
Romans 6:12 Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body, that ye should obey it in the lusts thereof. (KJV)
Romans 6:13 Neither yield ye your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God. (KJV)
Romans 6:14 For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace. (KJV)
CHRIST broke the power of sin in your life. You do not want to serve sin any more but you became the servant of righteousness. The righteousness of CHRIST and the holy spirit is now in your heart and soul by faith.
You must now yield to the spirit of God in you and not to the desires and the lusts of the flesh.
